SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 19 Relating to naming                              
Anchorage as the location of the 2001 Special Olympics World                   
Winter Games, was read the second time.                                        
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the                      
resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and              
placed on final passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
